Welcome to Math 1b!

All homework solutions are now available.

Final Exam:

The Final Exam has been graded and may be picked up from your TF.
Course grades are also available from your TF.
(Yu-Ru's students should see Alex Popa. Dmitry's students should see John Boller.)

Videos of the course-wide reviews held this week are available in Cabot Library. However, there is only one tape of each, and viewing rooms are heavily used during reading week, so it would be a good idea to go in groups, if at all possible.

M Jan. 8, 4-6 P.M. in SC C, covering techniques of Integration, led by John Mackey.
W Jan. 10, 4-6 P.M. in SC C, covering Infinite Series, led by Greg Warrington.
Th Jan. 11, 1-3 P.M. in SC B, covering Differential Equations, led by John Boller.

For TFs' office hours and review sessions in addition to those listed above, see the specialTFs' January Review Sessions and Office Hours.

Here are four review sheets, one discussing some integrals, one discussing some series, one discussing second-order differential equations (you are not responsible for the Variation of Parameters method), and one with problems and answers taken from the text, with references to the appropriate sections: problems.

On the exam, the sheets of limits and trigonometric formulae that were on the midterms will once again be available to you.

For previous final exams, please see further down this page.

Second Midterm:

The Second Midterm averages were: median=70 and mean=68.1.
You can get your exam from your TF.

Here are the solutions, available in four pages: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Here is the sheet of limits.
Here is the review sheet, available in seven pages: page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
Here is a second review sheet, specifically discussing convergence tests.

First Midterm:

The First Midterm averages were: median=79 and mean=76.1.

Here are the solutions, available problem-by-problem: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
Here is the sheet of trigonometric formulae.
Here is the review sheet, available in six pages: page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
