Subject: Homework assignments

Dear 21b students,

Let's change the homework policy by allowing
four dropped assignments instead of three (for
the MWF sections). Maybe this means you won't
have to sweat the 10.3 details, at least not
this week.

Everyone is still responsible for the problems
listed, but at least now there is a little
breathing space on this PDE material.

And just for the record, only problems 1,2,3,5
are assigned from section 10.3.
