Hey,
Some of you have complained that the Curtis textbook is difficult to understand. If you want to look at another textbook, I would suggest Sheldon Axler's "Linear Algebra Done Right." It is a very good reference. The reason we don't use Axler's book is because this course may traverse the topics in a different order than Curtis does. However, you don't have to buy the book.
