The book for this course will be Algebraic Topology by Allen Hatcher. The book is available for download in PDF format, either as a single file (about 4MB) or as individual chapters, from Allen Hatcher's home page. A printed version is now available, and should be in stock at the CooP.
This is an excellent text, full of motivation and ideas, with a rich supply of extra topics, many of which we will not reach. I encourage to buy it.
