• Read Chapter 1 of Clemen and Reilly. Skim Chapter 2.

• Read at least Chapters 1 and 2 of Smart Choices.

• Know what Clemen and Reilly mean by a "requisite model," what Smart Choices means by "PrOACT," and what financial people mean by "net present value."

To hand in for feedback rather than grading in class on Tuesday:

• Clemen and Reilly Problems 2.1, 2.6, and 3.15

• Notes preparing you to discuss two cases from Chapter 1 of Clemen and Reilly, Jocelyn Elders and the War on Drugs and Dupont and Chlorofluorocarbons.
