Exam policies

"Out of sequence exams" are offered for students observing religious holidays and students who
need out of sequence exam as ordered from the accessible education office.
See student handbook.
We try to accommodate students:
- who have other exams at the same time of the day overlapping with the exam.
- a concert or theater event (not rehearsal)
- a political election event in which the student with conflict is a major candidate
- participate in a important sports event (actual game or tournament) at that time
We also try to accommodate students with rehearsals, practice or regular classes, seminars or labs as well as possible but with a large number of requests this is not possible and would also compromise the integrity of the exam. In case of a qualifying conflict, contact the course head to see whether it is possible to arrange the exam earlier at the same day. There is no possibility to take the exam an other day. All requests should come a week before the exam.
