Deep Survey

This deep survey picture was shot by the Webb telescope from August 26 to September 14. One can see thousands of galaxies. Light has traveled 13.5 billion years to reach us. It shows a part of the sky measuring 2 percent of the area of the full moon. It is part of the PEARLS field. This picture was released December 14, 2022 produced many headlines in December 2022.
