The final exam will be
held on Monday January 13 at 9:15am. The exam
will be given in Science Center Lecture Hall D.
On the final exam you will be allowed to use your
calculator and one standard-sized page of
notes, just as on the midterms. That's one page
of notes (not two) so boil the content of the course down to
the fundamentals when you are making your page of notes.
Course-wide review sessions for the final exam will be
held at the following times and places:
- Friday January 10 from 4-6pm in
Science Center Lecture Hall E
- Sunday January 12 from 3-5pm in
Science Center Lecture Hall A.

Math Xa is the first course in a two semester sequence that
combines precalculus, first semester calculus (mainly differential
calculus and its applications) and some of the topics from
second semester calculus. You can access the old (Spring 2002) web
site for the follow-on course (Math Xb) by clicking
